Returning Online Purchases:

GrowOp strives to provide our customers with superior customer service and satisfaction with our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase or have received defective products you can return your merchandise to GrowOp Technology, Ltd. in accordance with our return policy. You are eligible for credit or exchange, as long as your return meets the return criteria. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandise unless it is defective upon receipt.  For the return of defective merchandise to be exempt from the restocking charge, the return is subject to meeting the Manufacturer's Warranty Policy criteria.  If you have questions or need to contact GrowOp regarding your return you may do so by emailing returns@growopltd.com

Returning In-Store Purchases:

If you have purchased a GrowOp product from one of our partner retailers you must return the item to the store in accordance with individual store policy.

Return Period:

Your item can be eligible for return directly to GrowOp Technology, Ltd. within the timeframes below. The return period begins on the date you receive your merchandise.

  • The return period for non-defective merchandise is 14 days.
  • The return period for defective merchandise is subject to manufacturer's warranty.

Sending in your Return:

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless merchandise is defective.  

  • Pack your return in the original package if possible.
  • Include the return label and indicate the reason for the return.
  • Include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories.
  • For proof of delivery GrowOp recommends that you return your items via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking and proof of delivery.  GrowOp Technology, Ltd. is not responsible for lost merchandise should you choose to ship it without proof of delivery.

 

Damaged Merchandise:

Merchandise damaged during shipping is the responsibility of the carrier.  All GrowOp products are shipped with a signature requirement.  Therefore upon receiving merchandise it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect packaging thoroughly before accepting merchandise.  If there is damage to the packaging you must refuse delivery of the package on account it is damaged. GrowOp is happy to help expedite the matter and work with you to replace the items asap. Please do not hesitate to report damaged items, as some carriers have strict time requirements that limit their liability.

Defective Merchandise:

For the return of defective merchandise please refer to the Manufacturer's Warranty Policy. 

Non-Returnable Merchandise:

  • Special Orders
  • Nutrients and any other liquids
  • Pest Controls
  • Charcoal Filters
  • Bulbs 

Refunds:

Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card or PayPal account.  Please allow 14-21 days of processing time for your refund to be issued.  Processing time begins on the date GrowOp receives the returned merchandise.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy

The return of defective merchandise must meet the criteria of the Manufacturer's Warranty Policy.  If it does not meet this criteria you are subject to GrowOp's regular return policy criteria.  For the Manufacturer’s Warranty on your product to be valid you must fill out the online “Product Warranty” card within 60 days of purchase.  You must also retain your original invoice, receipt, or proof of purchase for your merchandise.

Manufacturer's Warranty Return Period:

Your defective item can be eligible for return directly to GrowOp Technology, Ltd. within the time frames below.  The Manufacturers Warranty Return Period begins on the date of purchase.

  • The Manufacturer's Warranty Return Period for defective ballasts is 3 years from date of purchase.
  • The Manufacturer's Warranty Return Period for defective bulbs is 30 days from date of purchase.
  • The Manufacturer's Warranty Return Period for defective carbon filters, fans, reflectors, and tents is 1 year from date of purchase.

Sending in your defective merchandise:

  •  To verify validity of your warranty you must contact returns@growopltd.com  Returns eligible under the Manufacturer's Warranty Policy will receive specific instructions for the return of the defective merchandise, as well as a return label to cover all reasonable ground shipping costs.

Items that may not be eligible for a Manufacturer's Warranty: 

  • Special Orders
  • Nutrients and any other liquids
  • Pest Controls

 

Refunds for defective merchandise under the Manufacturer's Warranty:

  • Refund will be in the form of merchandise credit or merchandise replacement.  Please allow 14-21 days of processing time for your replacement merchandise to be shipped.  Processing time begins on the date GrowOp receives the returned defective merchandise.
